Police on Tuesday arrested a 24-year-old Hartford woman by warrant and charged her with possession of a controlled substance and use and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The warrant stemmed from a January 2020 incident where officers were dispatched to the area of Heritage Hill Road and Main Street on a report of a suspicious vehicle, according to a police report. During a search, police found crack inside a plastic container, the report said.
Police additionally charged her with failure to carry a license.
At about 12:06 a.m. on April 27, officers traveled to Hartford Police Department to take custody of the woman on the active warrant.
She was held on $500 bond and scheduled to appear later in the day in state Superior Court.
