A 37-year-old manager of Walgreen’s on Pine Street told police last Monday that a man had stolen $2,000 in medications form the store the prior evening.
At about 5:20 p.m. on Aug. 17, a light-skinned black male was seen on video surveillance was seen taking and walking out with Prilosec, Allegra, Zyrtec and Zantac in a pair of white Hallmark bags.
He’s described as muscular and somewhat heavyset with facial hair, according to a police report.
A separate video shows someone leaving the Walgreen’s parking lot in a dark-colored, 2-door vehicle, the report said.
Police are investigating.
