New Canaanite: How’s it going so far this holiday shopping season? Heather Satin: I feel like it was a delayed start, but it’s really picking up now this weekend, and I think everyone’s getting in their system that they know it’s less than two weeks away. 

What kind of things are people looking for? 

The fine jewelry’s been really exploding. People are loving the diamonds and the charms. We’re actually doing a flash sale of 14-karat diamond sapphire charms. They’re 20% off and everyone’s loving the wishlist, as well.

Judi Anders: We’re having a slow start, but we had a good weekend with the Holiday Stroll as the kickoff. 

What kinds of items are people most interested in? 

A lot of people are looking for the fuzzy PJs. That’s one of our most popular items. They come in pants, shorts, hoodies, onesies. Christmas patterns, regular patterns—those are probably our best-selling items. 

The demographic you serve seems to wear them all the time. 

Oh, they wear them out.
