Police late Thursday arrested a 46-year-old Butler Lane man and charged him with driving under the influence.
At about 11:29 p.m. on April 20, officers were dispatched to White Oak Shade Road on a report of a single-car crash, police said.
There, officers smelled alcohol and found signs of impairment while speaking to the driver, according to a police report.
He refused to undergo field sobriety tests, the report said.
Police transported the man to headquarters for processing on the misdemeanor charge, it said. He additionally was cited for failure to drive right.
Police released the man on $250 bond and scheduled him to appear May 9 in state Superior Court.
