Police after midnight Wednesday arrested a 41-year-old Urban Street woman and charged her with driving under the influence.
At about 12:25 a.m. on Oct. 13, an officer on patrol stopped a car traveling northbound on Old Stamford Road that had crossed into the oncoming traffic lane, according to a police report.
The officer stopped the vehicle near the intersection of Park Street and Richmond Hill Road, and saw signs of impairment in the driver, the report said.
Police took the woman into custody and transported her to headquarters for processing on the misdemeanor charge, it said. She refused to provide a sample to establish her blood-alcohol level, it said.
The woman was additionally cited for failure to drive right.
Police released the woman on $400 bond and scheduled her to appear Nov. 15 in state Superior Court.
