Sgt. Peter Condos
“I’ve just heard from Sergeant Peter condos who has resolved the matter from [redacted]’s perspective. He established that [redacted] was the intended or incidental victim of a fraud perpetrated on customers of eBay in that identity was appropriated as part of the scheme. Farmers insurance has informed Sgt. Condos that it is withdrawing any claim against [redacted] pursuing its investigation with eBay directly. Sgt. Condos was also good enough to recommend that [redacted] close [redacted] eBay account if she has not already done so, to avoid further risk. On behalf of [redacted] and her family, let me express appreciation for the very prompt response by your Department and, in particular, Sgt. Condos, in identifying the criminal activity involved and in protecting [redacted] from harm as an innocent victim. This type of efficient police work is not the stuff of headlines, certainly, but it amounts to first rate service to the New Canaan Community.”

New Canaan Police Commission
“Thank you very much for allowing us to use the space on South Avenue for our New Canaan crew ergathon fundraiser. The event was super successful and the kids will definitely have a great benefit from it. Thanks again for always being a huge support.”
—Maria Kean Faucher (sent Sept. 28 to Krolikowski)

Officer Tom Callinan
“I just wanted to let you know why I love New Canaan and our wonderful police officers that make our town safe. Yesterday at about 2:15pm, I was headed north on Main Street when all of a sudden an alert flashed on the dashboard of my brand new car telling me to pull over and that the engine was overheating. As I attempted to do just that, my car died in the middle of the road. It was completely inoperable. Fortuitously, one of New Canaan’s finest was right behind me. He managed to restart my car and then he gave me an escort as I headed up the hill to C&H. Unfortunately I did not get the officers name but he was so kind to follow me and make sure that I was ok (and my dog Mookie). Please thank him for me and tell him that he went above and beyond his call of duty. Have a great day.”
—Christen [redacted last name] (sent Aug. 3 to Krolikowski)

Officer Christopher Dewey
“I want to commend and thank Officer Dewey for helping my family on [redacted]. He accompanied an EMT to our home for a medical emergency. He conducted himself with total professionalism, and he also showed genuine care and compassion for us in a very difficult situation. He helped us get through it and I can’t thank him enough.”
