  1. Honestly, it is a big difference not having the handicapped blue paint on the ground accompanying those signs. It might be enough according to legislation, but it is a big visual difference from what has always been there before. I hope the blue paint comes back. I feel for the folks who don’t read the papers in town to be informed about the new constrained parking and this new extremely subtle simple sign. Not even different colored curbing showing it’s different… Only from reading the articles of folks getting ticketed did i know to watch out because they are not well marked. And it’s true, they just aren’t.
