The Joy of Deep Sleep Meditation at the Carriage Barn

Rest, Restore and Rejuvenate…and nurture your central nervous system.
Participants who suffer from insomnia, stress, depression, inflammation will especially benefit from this ancient practice of Yoga Nidra from India.
This class is for all ages from stressed office workers, students with whirring minds who are always ‘on the go’, or those in competitive sports who need to calm both body and mind.
Listen to the tranquil visual and guided imagery as you gently relax and restore. One hour equals 3-4 hours of deep sleep and you will feel genuinely refreshed and reinvigorated after the session. There will be no yoga poses.
Bring 2-3 blankets, a yoga mat, eye pillow and bolster for under the knees.
