Police last week arrested a 28-year-old King of Prussia, Penn. woman by warrant and charged her with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree forgery, theft of plates and conspiracy to commit second-degree identity theft.
The warrant stemmed from an investigation that New Canaan Police launched Jan. 20, officials said.
It wasn’t clear what the woman is accused of stealing.
She has an extensive criminal record in the state. Recent arrests include:
- Third-degree identity theft, third-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, third-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny (arrested May 11 by Southington Police)
- Second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation and attempt to commit third-degree larceny (arrested May 12 by Plymouth Police)
- Second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation and third-degree larceny (arrested May 16 by Rocky Hill Police)
- Two counts each of third-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft, third-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit larceny, conspiracy to commit forgery and conspiracy to commit identity theft (arrested June 27 by Norwalk Police)
- third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, identity theft and conspiracy to commit second-degree identity theft (arrested June 27 by Westport Police)
She was held on $25,000 bond and scheduled to appear the same day (June 27) in state Superior Court.
