Plans for the lot at 117 Marshall Road call for a six-bedroom, six-bathroom home with two half-baths, a partially finished third level and basement with playrooms and a wine cellar, according to the application.
The home also will include a three-car attached garage and rear patio with covered porch, the application said.
To be built for an estimated $900,000 by Westport-based Bluewater Homebuilders LLC, the home is designed by Robert Storm Architects, also of Westport.
The property was purchased by its current owner two years ago for $1.5 million, tax records show. The Cape Cod-style house there now includes four bedrooms and 4,078 square feet of living space.
