Streuli and to be built by the owner for an estimated $900,000, will include six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, living, dining and family rooms, study, kitchen, 3-car attached garage, finished attic (800 square feet) with playroom and full bathroom, and a finished basement, according to the application.
